8th Oct, 2022 - Play-off matches not before 9:30 on Sunday. Draws for play-off matches will be done as soon as all matches in the different boxes are completed.
6th Oct, 2022 - Please note that the venue for the Rainbow Kidz event has been changed from Lynnwood Tennis Club to Van Der Westhuizen Tennis Academy.

PLEASE READ!!!
RULES FOR ALL PARENTS OR SPECTATORS:
* The events are set up so players learn to be independent on court and get used to the rules. Good behaviour and sportsmanship is key and no bad behaviour will be tolerated from any player. Respect the players and event organisers.
* NO parent is allowed on court
* NO parent is allowed to interfere with play on court, players will keep their own scores and if they have challenges PLAYERS may call the desk organiser.
* NO talking to players while match is in progress.
* NO interfering with line calls
* NO point will be replayed if a line call is disagreed on
* Support and encourage the children
* Parents should not hang on fences and keep their distance from the court
Please note that any parent, player or spectator should be aware organisers will not allow anyone to deviate from any of the rules and may ask you to leave or distance yourself.
This is a participation event and the purpose is match practice and learning to behave in competition climate.
Green Ball players, Please have a look at the scheduled match times and arrive 20 mins before each match:
NB: PLEASE CHECK THE DATE AND TIME ON THE ROUND ROBIN SHEET!!!!!
All green round robin matches will be timed matches (score as many games as possible) and all playoff rounds will have no time restrictions, short sets first to 4, best out of 3 sets with 10 point tie break for the third set.
Please note that because these are not ranking events format, draws, opponents as well as times may change, as some players get sick or withdraw. We want to make sure everyone gets as many matches in as possible.

Competition was very tough but enjoyable and it stretched the players to provide their best. Overall a good tournament with the day to day running of the tournament by two of the best lady officials I have encountered at these tournaments.

This was our very first experience of an TSA tournament. It was a positive one. We loved the fact that officials are very strict with parents and spectators. However, more officials are needed to help the beginners to keep score and learn the rules on court.
